The Brussels I Regulation in practice
A warm welcome to the seminar co-arranged with Westerberg & Partners on the role of the Brussels I bis Regulation in international cases. How can the Regulation be used for effective litigation? What difficulties may arise? How can litigation be supported or thwarted with the help of the Regulation? What applies to anti-suit injunctions (and anti-anti-suit injunctions)? What questions may arise when a dispute concerns the actions of a state? What applies to the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards?
The seminar is aimed at lawyers of all kinds who wish to increase their knowledge and practical skills in the subject, and entitles them to 5 hours of further education.

The seminar will be moderated by John Kadelburger, lawyer and chairman of the Swedish branch of the International Law Association.
