The Swedish ILA hereby announces up to four scholarships of a maximum of SEK 15,000 for participation in the ILA conference in Lisbon on June 19 – 24, 2022.

Scholarships can be applied for by doctoral students or students with a keen interest in international law. The applicant is expected to be a member of the Swedish ILA and must attach a curriculum vitae and a financial calculation for travel, conference fees and accommodation. Expenses are reported against receipt. The scholarship holder must also write a travel report.
It is reminded that there are more economical accommodation alternatives at the university via the conference website and that the Early Bird Rate is valid until 13 May. Doctoral students must show that they cannot receive funding from their own faculty. The board of the Swedish ILA decides on scholarships at its own discretion.
Applications should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday 17 May to sekretariat@ilasweden.se.
Applications received no later than Thursday 12 May at 3:00 p.m. will be processed quickly to enable registration according to the Early Bird Rate.

To attend the ILA 2022 Conference, we ask that you have been fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus with a WHO recognized vaccine or that you have a negative test result, not more than 72 hours prior to the start of the conference and will follow local/national guidelines.
